The Senior Analytics Consultant for the Strategic Analytics Team within Professional Services will need to understand the key business metrics of our clients. This will require gathering technical client requirements and ensuring custom dashboards are created within our existing Data and Analytics platform (powered by PowerBI / Sisense / Snowflake / AWS). The individual will be a member of the team who provides our clients with data and analytics needs and will work to draw insights such as emerging trends, and their position vis a vis other clients. They will use data storytelling to guide our clients on key business decisions. Additionally, as a Senior Analytics Consultant, the person in this role will partner with peers in Advisory and Technical PS to mentor junior team members. With peers in Analytics Product team, this person will constantly work to identify analytics that are repeatable, product-worthy, and candidates to build into data and analytic products through the extension of Avetta's Analytics platform.
This position requires a client-first attitude to ensure client interactions and requests are captured within Avetta's client management systems, and that engagements are conducted, managed, and fulfilled ensuring the highest levels of customer delight. The ideal candidate will use their analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, prototype, and communicate solutions in an engaging, provocative and persuasive manner.
The Senior Analytics Consultant interfaces and collaborates with other teams including but not limited to Implementation Project Management, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success Management, Product, Engineering and Professional Services.

The salary range included in this job posting is based on internal and market data and the role's responsibilities. The final compensation offered to a candidate will be determined by several factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The salary range for this position is $74,000 - $143,000 per year, with a potential bonus.
We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), and PTO.
