ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Use your technical expertise to configure our intuitive SaaS platform, ensuring seamless alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, working closely with our engineering team to implement optimal solutions.
- Spot areas for process enhancement, collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver and implement effective business solutions.
- Create clear and concise client requirement documents, use cases, and process workflows, providing a clear path to project success.
- Engage in client-facing and internal sessions, driving projects from scoping to kickoff and beyond.
- Artfully configure new and existing client accounts within our rules-based system.
