Creative Director

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual experiences, including print materials, signage, collateral, direct mail pieces, and digital signage to ensure daily operations meet guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of department staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, discipline, and scheduling to maintain high service standards.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives under division leadership to drive business growth.
• Establish and monitor labor controls while maintaining adequate coverage in assigned departments.
• Design, order, and install promotional materials that align with the company's brand.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs of in-house signage to ensure consistency and quality.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and team members, upholding the company's reputation for excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in visual experience creation and management.
• Proficiency in design programs and advertising industry knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary work cards and verify right to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly stand, sit, or walk for long periods, frequently using hands to hold tools and equipment.
• Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment

Office setting with moderate noise levels, occasional access to smoking areas, and varying work environments due to special events.
