Job Description:
- Dual responsibility for converting excel based general ledgers for nineteen Group holding companies to Great Plains for monthly reporting
- Dual responsibility for bi-weekly internal cash reporting, including cash in foreign currencies
- Perform monthly reconciliation of intra-company balances for entire company
- Review monthly bank reconciliations for group cash accounts
- Assist in the preparation of consolidated monthly financial statements, including currency conversion
- Assist with preparation of consolidated annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- Perform account analysis and supporting schedules to support the year-end audit of the consolidated financial statements
- Perform special projects and other duties as periodically required
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- Minimum of 4 years accounting experience
- CPA Certification
- Excellent interpersonal Skills
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrated ability to organize work and access information quickly
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good Math Skills
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
- Should be a self-starter and work with little or no supervision
