About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Information Technology (IT) Intern to join our team. The IT Intern will support our in-house IT department in providing technical assistance, maintaining computer systems, and configuring hardware and software. The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, assist with the implementation of new technologies, and provide training and support to team members.
Responsibilities:
- IT Helpdesk support
- Microsoft Office tools support; troubleshooting and fixing (i.e., Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
- Printer Configuration/troubleshooting/fixing
- Endpoint configuration/Laptop support
- VPN configuration and troubleshooting
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Computer Science or Any Engineering Major
- Experience with Microsoft Tools

Schedule:
Minimum 20hr per week max 40 hours per week, 8am to 5pm CT in Austin office
