GSO Aviation is currently looking for a full-time Airframe Accessories MRO Salesperson. This position is based in Doral, Florida.

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Represent GSO Aviation MRO services to the commercial aviation sector;
• Report and provide sales and business development progress to the VP of Business Development;
• Develop strategic sales growth strategies;
• Establish sales growth through current and new customers;
• Manage sales opportunities through every stage of the process;
• Maintain customer relationship for repeat business;
• Obtain customer feedback to assist in establishing business development efforts and strategies;
• Travel as necessary to meet with customers and attend industry events/exhibitions; and
• Perform other sales and marketing tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
  
  

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a related professional field;
• 5 years prior experience in an MRO sales position for an FAA-certified repair station or similar aircraft maintenance operations;
• Effective at closing sales opportunities, negotiation skills, and a proven sales track record;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills,
• Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company work product and related policies and procedures;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Be able to work regular business hours; and
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
