GSO Aviation is currently looking for a full-time Airframe Accessories MRO Salesperson. This position is based in Doral, Florida.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Represent GSO Aviation MRO services to the commercial aviation sector;
- Report and provide sales and business development progress to the VP of Business Development;
- Develop strategic sales growth strategies;
- Establish sales growth through current and new customers;
- Manage sales opportunities through every stage of the process;
- Maintain customer relationship for repeat business;
- Obtain customer feedback to assist in establishing business development efforts and strategies;
- Travel as necessary to meet with customers and attend industry events/exhibitions; and
- Perform other sales and marketing tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related professional field;
- 5 years prior experience in an MRO sales position for an FAA-certified repair station or similar aircraft maintenance operations;
- Effective at closing sales opportunities, negotiation skills, and a proven sales track record;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills,
- Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company work product and related policies and procedures;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Be able to work regular business hours; and
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
