Job Summary : Aviation Repair Technologies is a leading FAA and EASA-certified repair station specialized in component MRO, part sales, logistics, and airframe disassembly / end-of-life management services for the most popular commercial and regional aircraft operating today. This position is located in Miami, Florida.DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES : Contacting vendors in order to research pricing and availability for part requirements.Create and process purchase orders via Quick Aviation (QAV).Develop and maintain a solid knowledge and working relationship with vendors.Follow up with orders for expediting.Assist with outsourcing components to outside repair stations.Attend and contribute to production meetings with shop managers and other staff.Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepanciesMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : High School diploma or equivalent (GED).1 years of experience in the customer service field.Expert level communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient using various software, applications, and programs, including Microsoft Office program (Excel and Word).Ability to work independently or with others and execute desired jobs and tasks.Quick Aviation (QAV) Experience a PlusOn the job training will be provided.Additional Info : ART is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
