As the Program Analyst (MFoS) , you will support and engineer a customer-focused software delivery model that enhances customization capabilities and improved alignment with organizational objectives for DoD and DHS stakeholders.
You will also :
- Manage Fleet Experimentation as an MFoS POC, overseeing network architecture design, aligning test objectives with operational scenarios, and producing reports to guide the development of future capabilities.
- Lead the implementation of reporting tools such as Atlassian tools, to provide leadership with real-time insights into customer software development and delivery processes while driving continued process improvement for enhanced decision-making and operational transparency.
- Conduct data analysis to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and implement performance metrics to evaluate program outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing key findings from program evaluations and data analysis for stakeholders.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to measure program success, identify areas for enhancement, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Lead teams in providing Tier Three (T3) support to enterprise customer base.
- Coordinate with Fleet Commands and other agencies.
- Coordinate & Communicate effectively with Program Management, Lead Engineers, ISSM / ISSO / ISSE.
- Provide SME guidance enabling rapid program / project management for technical and operational functions to include engineering / technical support in developing information technology rapid solutions.

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
