Summary: This position is responsible for Inside Sales at our retail location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets customers and assists in determining irrigation needs and makes practical recommendations to meet their needs.
- Suggests additional/related items for sale and assist in locating needed items.
- Provides quotes to customers for large quantities and non-stock items.
- Informs customers of daily specials, promotions and discounts.
- Maintain overall store appearance by keeping counters and shelves clean and free of debris.
- Assist warehouse personnel and outside deliveries with loading and unloading trucks, as well as perform receiving procedures as needed.
- Oversee and assist store organization, storage and cleanliness.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience: One to three years’ warehouse and/or customer service experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
