We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banquet Manager to join our team at our resort. Under direction of the Director of Banquets, the Banquet Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet operations, including planning, organizing, and executing events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of success in managing banquet operations.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute all banquet events, including weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings
- Manage all aspects of banquet operations, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting
- Ensure that all events are executed to the highest standards of quality and service
- Work closely with the culinary team to create menus and ensure that food and beverage service is exceptional
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all banquet spaces
- Ensure that all banquet equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
- Train and develop banquet staff to ensure that they are providing exceptional service to guests
