Job Summary :
Fordson Hotel is seeking a professional and reliable Valet Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Valet, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality parking experience. Your role will involve parking and retrieving vehicles, ensuring the safety and security of the parking area, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner upon arrival at Fordson Hotel.
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously while maintaining a positive guest experience.
- Handle all vehicles with care, ensuring proper procedures are followed to prevent damage.
- Assist guests with luggage, directions, and any other requests to enhance their stay.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe valet parking area at all times.
- Properly manage and secure vehicle keys.
- Communicate effectively with the front desk and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all safety and company guidelines related to valet operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
