Summary:The main function of this role is to receive and validate product return requests, return order entry and subsequent communications with assigned accounts. Job Responsibilities:-
Order Entry (Manual | Excel Upload)-Maintaining account requests via shared outlook inbox-Validating sales history and other details in ERP system- Communicate with customers of RA status while supporting inquiries and changes Skills:-Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work independently and be efficient with time management.-Ability to accurately enter return orders-Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (Individual/Shared).
Education/Experience:-Completed Bachelor’s Degree USA- SAP-5 Years
Work Experience in Related Business Field-Excel (VLOOKUP's | Pivot tables)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.61 - $24.00 per hour
