We are seeking an Admissions Coordinator to join our team! The Admissions Coordinator prepares admissions reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Responsible for organizing patient records and documentation and checking in patients as they arrive.
Responsibilities:
Provide facility tours and meet with potential residents and their families.
Coordinate admitting department operations.
Oversee the inpatient/outpatient functions, bed assignments and completion of preliminary paperwork for entering residents.
Confirm that all insurance benefits coverage meets standards of admission as dictated by policy.
Qualifications:
Previous office experience preferred
Previous nursing home experience preferred
