Duties
- Perform exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles
- Ensure all areas of the car wash are kept clean and organized, adhering to custodial standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring proper use of cleaning products and tools.
- Drive vehicles in and out of the wash area with care while following safety protocols.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a custodial or car wash environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
