We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Transportation Services Associate to join our team. As a key member of our transportation department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Transport customers to and from the airport terminal and rental car facility in a safe and timely manner.
Greet and assist customers with loading/unloading their belongings onto/off the bus.
Communicate various stops or important information along the route and about the next steps in the customer's car rental experience.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all passengers.
Requirements:
Valid U.S. driver's license (chauffeur license may be required depending on location)
Previous driving experience
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, sit, stand, enter, exit, and drive a bus for prolonged periods
At least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
