Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light fixtures, fixing drywall and wallpaper, and painting.
- Repair broken or leaking plumbing to prevent water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.
- Diagnose and repair electrical wiring and other light electrical issues.
- Ability to diagnose HVAC matters, upkeep, and resolve simple issues.
- Appliance, furniture, and fixture repairs as needed.
- Complete all work orders in a timely and detailed manner per company program standards.
- Execute scheduled preventative maintenance.
Requirements:
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in a similar field.
- Able to work independently.
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical skills, preventive maintenance procedures, and a reasonable understanding of building equipment and hand tools.
