Relief Auditor
Job description - The night auditor will complete normal front desk duties such as; answering phones, making/canceling reservations, checking guests in/ out, taking payments, and helping resolve any guest concerns. The front desk personnel is often the first point of contact for our guests, a friendly welcome is a must. Communicating overnight events to morning staff is essential for a smooth transition.
Job Responsibilities -
· Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address service needs
· Register, take payments, and assign keys to guests
· Inform guests of the amenities and services available to them
· Inform customers of availability and rates
· Handles any guest issues or complaints, using appropriate service recovery methods
· Work with the corresponding departments to resolve any property or guest issues
· Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards
· Communicate with the morning staff to inform them of any task to be completed or updates
Overnight Security Agent
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to -
· Overnight Shift – 10PM – 6AM and 11PM – 7AM
· Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards
· Call for assistance when needed (police, Ems, fire department, etc.)
· Completes incident reports to document all Loss Prevention related incidents
· Maintains confidentiality of all Loss Prevention and property reports/documents; releases information only to authorized individuals.
· Performs periodic and random inspections of the building and grounds protecting property from theft, embezzlement, vandalism, fire, and accidents. Good understanding of emergency systems and alarm systems.
· Maintains inspection reports and records, advises management of deficiencies
· Provides outstanding guest/owner service at all times including answering general inquiries, providing directions, delivering packages/amenities
· Patrol the interior and perimeter of the resort to observe and identify. Potential security and safety risks or undesirable conditions.
· Other requests of management to help co-workers with their job duties
Requirements -
· Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
· CPR or First Aid certified, preferred
· Previous experience is preferred but not required
· Able to work for complete overnight shifts independently
· Ability to perform computer-based tasks
· Must have a Valid Driver's License
· Ability to work independently
