Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our healthcare team in Toledo, OH. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. The LPN will also be responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with patient assessments and care plans.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or registered nurse
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with patient assessments and care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
- Document patient care and progress in medical records
- Communicate with patients and their families about care plans and progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
