Licensed Practical Nurse
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Unison, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to clients, primarily focusing on medication management, treatment planning, and crisis intervention. This position requires effective collaboration with clinical teams and a commitment to maintaining comprehensive client records.
Education/Experience/Other Requirements:
- Current LPN license.
- Experience in medication management and mental health preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards.
Primary Duties:
- Oversee treatment plans for clients receiving pharmacologic management services.
- Conduct medication management appointments.
- Manage medication rooms and maintain accurate records of medication usage.
- Assist clinical staff with crisis intervention and pre-hospital screenings as needed.
- Provide referrals to appropriate community resources and support services.
- Be prepared to provide coverage at other Unison sites as needed.
