If you have experience working face to face with people in hospitality or janitorial, we want you to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. In this role, you will manage your own sales territory, build relationships with existing customers, and attract new clients to drive business growth. As an ambassador of our company, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while staying aligned with our values and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service while focusing on business expansion and maintaining a high accuracy rate.
• Regularly communicate with current and potential clients, offering tailored solutions and overseeing all sales activities within your territory.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to generate sales and ensure top-notch customer service.
• Manage tasks efficiently, minimize costs, and keep track of all work-related expenses, submitting them for reimbursement.
• Apply companion selling techniques to achieve a 50% or higher success rate.
• Mentor and guide one trainee, offering support and direction as needed.
• Attend industry trade shows and networking events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to travel to different markets a couple of days a week with overnight stays.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in outside sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly as part of your daily duties.
