Role Overview :
As an Audio Visual Sales Coordinator at AVmedia, you will be a vital part of our client's events, ensuring that everything from AV setups to the guest experience is seamless. Your role goes beyond simply setting up equipment-it's about being a trusted partner who anticipates client needs, delivers outstanding service, and builds lasting relationships. You'll combine your technical knowledge with a hospitality-focused mindset to provide top-notch service to our clients and partners in the hospitality industry.
Your job will involve driving sales, maintaining excellent client relationships, and delivering on our promise to create memorable and impactful events-every time.

Key Responsibilities :
- Hospitality First : Treat every client, guest, and hotel partner with the utmost care and attention, offering a service experience that exceeds expectations.

- Drive Sales with a Service Mindset : Make proactive sales calls, attend BEO and site meetings, and always look for ways to upsell AV equipment and creative services. While you aim to meet revenue goals, you'll do so by building strong relationships and ensuring the highest level of service.
- Create Exceptional Event Experiences : Whether you're setting up AV equipment, coordinating with hotel teams, or troubleshooting on-site, you'll ensure that each event runs smoothly and the client feels supported from start to finish.
- Be an Expert Problem Solver : Hospitality is all about anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise. Your role involves being resourceful, quick-thinking, and attentive to detail to create flawless event experiences.
- Clear & Timely Communication : Keep clients, teammates, and hotel partners informed throughout the planning and execution phases to ensure everyone is aligned and prepared for a successful event.
- Documentation & Organization : Keep track of all activities, sales progress, and equipment status in a well-organized manner to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Team : Build strong relationships with your AVmedia team members and hotel partners to deliver a unified, seamless experience for clients and their guests.
- Ensure Asset Safety & Quality : Take responsibility for the proper handling, use, and security of all AV equipment and resources, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
Who You Are :
Preferred Skills & Qualifications :
Basic knowledge of AV equipment (e.g., microphones, projectors, lighting, audio mixers) is preferred.
