Job Details:
- $85,000-$95,000 annual salary DOE
- Based in Tempe, AZ 85283
- In-person full-time: 8-hour shift, Monday-Friday

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Commercial Reroof Estimator or Project Manager within the roofing industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and materials: TPO, EPDM, PVC, Mod Bit, Spray Foam, Steep-Slope
- Ability to read and navigate blueprints, plans and understand specifications for division 7
- Proficient in using construction estimating software and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed assessments of commercial roofing projects to determine scope of work, materials, and labor requirements.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for commercial reroofing and new construction roofing projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to manage and ensure smooth project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Communicate consistently and effectively with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any questions.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project performance and address any issues or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Occasional travel throughout the region to visit potential out-of-state projects.
