Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) vertical. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare sales, RCM services, and client relationship management. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing revenue through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Growth: Identify and pursue new RCM business opportunities in healthcare organizations, hospitals, and physician groups.
• Client Acquisition & Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CFOs, Revenue Cycle Directors, and Healthcare Administrators.
• Sales & Revenue Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, and compliance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• KPI Management: Track and report sales performance, pipeline development, and revenue growth metrics.
Key Requirements:
• Experience: 5 years in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare RCM, medical billing, or healthcare IT services.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of US healthcare revenue cycle processes, payer-provider dynamics, and regulatory compliance.
• Networking & Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with RCM software, EHR systems, and CRM tools is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
