ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a tech-savvy Software Consultant to provide training, consulting, and technical support for our Enterprise Architecture software, ABACUS. You’ll engage with customers in the Americas Region, deliver product training, and help solve complex challenges, all while working remotely in a collaborative environment.
Specific product training will be provided, and you will need to gain an in-depth understanding and knowledge of our Enterprise Architecture software and consulting / training approaches
Responsibilities
- Master ABACUS and provide training, technical support, and tailored solutions for customer needs.
- Understand customer requirements and offer product-oriented guidance aligned with their business goals.
- Build and manage customer relationships while addressing technical issues effectively.
- Analyze customer interactions to create new content, support product development, and enhance marketing efforts.
- Provide feedback to Product Management and assist in testing new features.
- Optionally, develop customer scripts and leverage the REST API to address specific customer requirements, based on skills and expertise.
