Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth across all product & service lines, including AI products, software solutions, and digitalization services. This role requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in selling technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the customer base in Germany.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and proactive outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Lead negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with marketing, technical, and product development teams to ensure alignment with sales strategies.
- Gather and analyze market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in AI, software, or technology sectors, within the German market.
- Strong understanding of the German market, including local business practices and regulatory environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of AI technologies, software solutions, digitalization, and cybersecurity.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proven ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams.
- A willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients or teams or attend industry events.
