Avon Grove High School – Guidance Office

Non-Instructional Clerical Aide

Part-time position All student days
Monday – Friday 5.5 hours per day

Job Duties include but are not limited to: Receptionist duties, scheduling appointments, typing, filing, distribution of 504 Service Plan documents, electronic communication to families related to transcript submission to post-secondary institutions, and other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications include a High School Diploma, the ability to work collaboratively with others, preserve confidentiality, bi-lingual (preferred), and previous clerical experience.

Wages

Support Staff Wages are determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
The starting wage is $16.32 per hour.
