What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Attendant position at Avon Old Farms Hotel?
The Avon Old Farms Hotel is a gracious New England Hotel. Conveniently located at the bottom of Avon Mountain in the Farmington Valley. The Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining and cleaning the pool and pool area as well as operating the pool concession stand.
Requirements (This is a part-time summer only position)
- Must be available to work one week prior to Memorial Day.
- Must be available to work until Labor Day.
- Applicants required to be 18 years of age or older.
- Required to work weekends and flexible hours.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Prior experience as a pool attend preferred.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Able to bend, stretch and stand for extended periods of time.
- The ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
