Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing and overseeing the lawn & garden rebate program offered by the company. This role involves coordinating all aspects of rebate administration, tracking, issuing, and customer communication. The coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the effective execution of rebate initiatives and drive customer satisfaction.
- Program Management: Manage current rebate program, including eligibility criteria, , and fulfillment procedures.
- Customer Communication: Communicate directly with customers, and outside reps to optimize truck loads. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, providing timely and accurate responses. Handle any issues or disputes related to rebate processing.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports related to FTL program performance, including redemption rates, and customer feedback. Provide insights and recommendations for program improvements.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments such as Shipping, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure seamless integration and execution of rebate programs.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for all rebate transactions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of rebate programs.
- Training: Educate and train staff and partners on rebate program procedures and requirements to ensure consistent application and understanding.
- Order Management: Create each order within the ERP system, monitor and advise for timely shipment
-Logistics Planning: Develop and implement logistic strategies and plans to optimize transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
