- Changing lights and /or fixtures
- Drywall/plaster repair and painting
- Furniture assembly and relocation
- Plumbing repairs, replacements, installation
- Carpentry repairs and installations
- Facilities safety inspections
- Concrete and asphalt paving inspections and repairs
- Cleaning and polishing floors
- HVAC PM’s
- Grounds and security maintenance
- Comply with company policies and safety regulations for workers at all times
- Perform preventative maintenance and repair work orders on buildings and equipment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in maintenance software
- Confer with supervisor to coordinate work activities
- Demonstrate and practice the #FIERCE values consistently
- All other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2 years facility maintenance experience
- Familiarity with Maintenance Connection software
- Valid state Driver’s License
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and move up to 100 pounds
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratios, percentages and to draw and interpret different types of graphs.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of issues.
- Willing to get license to operate a forklift truck and aerial lift.
