Overview
The purpose of the Accounting AP/AR Specialist is to ensure an elevated client experience whilecreating client advocates and assist in all areas of the Accounting department as needed.
Responsibilities
Posts daily cash receipts for the Finance and Insurance (F&I), Service, and Parts departmentsReconciles all cash clearing accounts dailyDeposits all extended warranty checksPosts and reconciles all credit card transactionsPrepares and mails all checks for returned parts, or overages on repair ordersMaintains inventory list of all records stored off-siteRequests and sends records stored off-siteResponsible for Accounts Payable (A/P) filing every third weekResponsible for reconciling and paying a quarter of the corporate credit card statementsKnows and understands the Avondale Group and Information Security Policies, and adhere tothe requirementsAttends weekly department meetings
