Job Duties :
- Provide a world class experience for your customers, colleagues, and employees
- Adhere at all times to the One Price, One Person ® philosophy
- Execute all duties in a manner consistent with our values : high-character, engaged, team-player
- Relentlessly strive to improve an inviting and friendly environment to all guests
- Acknowledge and greet every guest
- Assign sales guest to the next available sales manager in rotation
- Maintain an accurate log of customer traffic in customer relation management software (CRM) and rotation log
- Offer every customer complimentary water, coffee
- Restock all refreshments throughout the day
- Maintain a clean showroom and front desk
- Answer and direct all incoming calls to appropriate departments & personnel
- Issue, receive, log-in / out ALL dealer plates for test drives & borrowed car agreements (BCA)
- Receive & Deliver all phone messages to appropriate personnel
- Direct returning customers to the appropriate personnel
- Complete Opportunities To Do Business OTBD sheet nightly
- Other duties as assigned
