Key Responsibilities
- Lead a comprehensive investigation into the Kirkpatrick Model of Evaluation in AOME courses, focusing on continuous process improvement (CPI) best practices.
- Explore levels 3 and 4 outcome measures using the Kirkpatrick Model and develop actionable reports in collaboration with the study team.
- Implement valid evaluation measures based on CPI findings and create process maps, visuals, and reports to communicate key takeaways.
- Participate in focus groups, contribute to survey content, and engage in evidence-based data collection practices; generate insightful reports to inform decision-making.
- Map all processes conducted during the study and those uncovered through research findings; establish guides and standards for future Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and lay individuals.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Primary Investigators to ensure study objectives are met and deliverables are prepared.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a Bachelor's degree as minimum educational requirement.
- Hold a green belt certification in CPI, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or military CPI.
- Experience with process mapping software like MS Visio or LucidChart is essential.
- Demonstrate strong writing and presentation skills to effectively communicate insights.
- Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Publisher, and Adobe Acrobat is required.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and work independently or with minimal guidance.
- Display organizational skills, goal-oriented mindset, initiative, complex project management capabilities, integrity, and professional communication with personnel.
Desirable Qualifications
- Black belt certification in CPI, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or military CPI, is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in research project management or assistance is preferred.
- Background working in a Governmental environment is an asset.
- Prior experience in a military research setting is also desired.
