The Role

We’re on the hunt for a Lead Generation Specialist who knows how to turn strategy into results. This role is all about finding and connecting with the right businesses, building relationships, and creating opportunities that drive growth. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create and execute campaigns that bring in high-quality leads across a variety of industries. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive inbound and outbound lead pipelines.
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage, track, and optimize lead performance and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with lead generation goals.
  • Analyze market trends and target audience behavior to refine strategies.
  • Optimize lead nurturing workflows, email campaigns, and other conversion-focused activities.
  • Report on KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve lead quality and quantity.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to identify new potential client segments and outreach strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Industry Experience : At least 2 years in merchant services or the financial sector.
  • Role Expertise : 2 years in a lead generation, demand generation, or similar role.
  • Skills : Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation software, and lead scoring models.
  • Qualities : A strategic thinker with excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Availability : This position requires in-house work at our Los Angeles office during the specified hours.
