Position Overview
Avsar Construction is seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the planning, evaluation, and maintenance of structural engineering components for various commercial and public facility construction projects. The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise, review plans, advise consultants, and ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and consultation to commissioned architects and structural engineers.
- Guide lower-level staff within the Structural Engineering Unit.
- Review and evaluate plans, specifications, and structural reports from consultants and commissioned engineers.
- Develop structural engineering policies and guidelines for the company.
- Prepare recommendations and technical reports regarding structural components and systems.
- Assign and oversee structural testing materials and inspections, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Review soil test results and recommend appropriate structural foundations and construction methods.
- Ensure compliance with company regulations and industry best practices in structural engineering.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
