Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Manager to join our Sales Order Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for facilitating the development of CTO load banks, including portable, permanent, and trailerized versions.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the development of CTO load banks, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and develop new products that meet customer specifications.

• Develop and implement efficient workflows to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends to ensure that our products remain competitive.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a related role.

• Demonstrated experience developing and creating new products, preferably in the electro-mechanical products space.

• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, quality control, and manufacturing processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Creative and flexible personality.

• Knowledge of basic electrical concepts is a plus.

• Industry-specific knowledge in the electrical testing space is a plus.

• Professional Engineer (PE) License is a plus.
