Position Overview:
As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new business customers, expanding existing accounts, and delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that align with AW Broadband’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new commercial customers through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for AW Broadband’s fiber fast Internet, Cloud-based VoIP phone services, and IPTV services.
- Create and deliver tailored presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with business clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Accurately track and manage leads and sales opportunities in PowerCode / CRM.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and closing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities and prioritize effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Spanish-speaking is a plus.
