Dealer Coordinator

AW Collision is seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in collision repair to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused individual who can manage a variety of tasks and contribute to the growth of our dealership relationships. Role Summary:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for capturing collision repairs referred by dealerships and providing estimates to customers in need of collision repair services. You will act as a liaison between AW Collision, our customers, and dealership partners, ensuring smooth communication and excellent customer service throughout the repair process.

Some duties and responsibilities are:

• Generate Business Opportunities: Prospect for new business and foster relationships with independent customers and dealerships.
• Estimate Generation: Write preliminary estimates for customers and dealerships for collision repairs.
• Dealer Relationship Management: Maintain and grow strong dealer relationships by acting as the primary point of contact between AW Collision and our dealership partners.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by keeping customers informed on the status of their vehicle repairs and educating them about the services provided.
• Insurance Coordination: Contact insurance companies to verify coverage and communicate repair details.
• File & Vehicle Management: Handle customer files and vehicles efficiently and professionally.
• Vehicle Drop-Off/Pick-Up: Photograph and document vehicles, prepare paperwork, and arrange customer transportation during vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
• Purchase Orders: Collect purchase orders for warranty and internal work completed for dealerships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior Sales Experience: Experience in sales or customer service, particularly in the automotive or collision repair industry, is required.
• Collision Repair Shop Experience: Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and terminology.
• CCC One: Familiarity with this systems is preferred
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Multi-tasking Ability: Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Under Pressure: Ability to manage high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks.
• Team & Independent Work: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Positive Attitude & Punctuality: A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and punctuality are essential.
• Computer Literacy: Proficient in using web-based software and basic computer functions.

Pay: $37,440.00 - $41,600.00 per year
