Description
Opens and closes assigned Poker tables.
Monitors and maintains card control, chip control, and other elements of Poker gaming integrity.
Hosts guests and ensures high quality games and service levels.
Responds to complaints, mediates disputes, and provides professional and positive guest interactions.
Answers questions about game rules and casino policies.
May be required to assist in brush and/or chip runner duties.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED preferred
Poker School Certification preferred.
2 years of poker dealing experience preferred.
Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred.
Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time, have finger and manual dexterity, have hand-eye coordination, ability to grasp, reach, bend, lift up to 10 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
Strong knowledge of poker rules.
Ability to Explain and operate Poker game play and tournament play.
Proven customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
