Description
- Ensures poker players are seated at appropriate tables in a timely manner.
- Maintains a waiting list for all poker tables.
- Provides customer service to poker room players.
- Tracks Players play in any active promotions.
- Hosts guests and answers questions concerning the poker room.
- Responds to complaints, mediates disputes, and provides professional and positive guest interactions.
- Answers questions about game rules and casino policies.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Poker School Certification preferred.
- 1 years of poker experience preferred.
- Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
- Strong knowledge of poker rules.
- Ability to Explain and operate Poker game play and tournament play.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
