KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Documenting and reporting product quality levels
- Implementing and improving standards for inspection
- Oversee workflow for product inspection
- Determining quality improvement factors
- Assisting in implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products and production equipment
- Making sure processes adhere to quality standards
- Determining the causes of product defects and reworks
- Implementing Customer Complaint processes and leading root cause analysis of such complaints
- Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions
- Communicating with team members to solve problems
- Collecting and compiling statistical quality data
- Training team members on quality control measures to improve product excellence
- Oversee incoming inspection process and leading analysis of Supplier related quality issues.
- Checking that production adheres to standards and procedures and complies with legal and regulatory requirements
- Proposing improvements to the manufacturing and quality related processes
- Keeping measurement and test equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements
- Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports
- Create training materials and operating manuals
