Description
In this role, a CNA or very experienced Caregiver that is also a Certified Medication Technician (highly preferred), will work 13-hour floor shifts, providing care and support to Independent Living residents in different locations in the St Charles County and West St Louis County areas. The senior living communities are located in Cottleville, Ellisville, O'Fallon, and Wentzville, MO.
Floater Schedule: Monday - Friday and every other weekend or 2 - 3 Weekdays and every other weekend required.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have valid driver's license, your own personal, reliable vehicle with auto insurance.
- Must have one or more years paid work experience working with the geriatric population or similar care and responsibilities.
- CNA highly preferred or very experienced Caregiver
- Current Certified Medication Technician highly preferred
- Working with clients with Dementia and Alzheimer's, preferred.
- Must be willing to work with pets in client's apartments.
- Ability to use gait belt preferred or willingness to learn.
- Must maintain required yearly training/education as mandated by agency
- Must have moderate computer and cell phone skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to participate in fast paced floor schedule with a lot of walking and physical activity.
- Ability to work for extended period of time, (13 hour shift) while standing and being involved in physical activity.
- Moderate lifting, 20-40 pounds.
- Ability to do extensive bending, lifting and standing on a regular basis.
Salary : $16 - $23
