As an Electrical Technician, your primary tasks will be to build, test, and troubleshoot electrical components related to the Flow Industry. Secondary tasks include developing new test fixtures and improving programming and building procedures. This role will require an understanding of how low voltage circuits work and the ability to use basic electrical tools such as multi meters, oscilloscopes, and function generators. Practical hands-on experience troubleshooting circuits will be needed to assist electronics production in determining quality parts and ensure proper working components. The role will also involve new product testing; Functionality, determining electrical specifications, and writing test procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manufacturing and assembling electronic products by following Production book instructions.
- Manufacturing of cable assemblies
- Testing products using power supplies, multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and function generators.
- Support Manufacturing Engineer in creating new Production books and verifying accuracy of existing books.
- Help in the release of new products by testing demos and developing test procedures and fixtures to release new products into the production environment.
- Completing tasks in a timely manner while keeping the work area clean and organized, and clearly communicating with other staff.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in electronic manufacturing and assembly including proficiency in soldering electronic circuit boards.
- Ability to solder through-hole and surface mount components to circuit boards.
- Proficiency in using electronic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies etc.
- Knowledge of Ohms law and be able to test Voltage and Current levels in a circuit.
- Proficient in using computers
- Ability to do light mechanical assembly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to read electronic diagrams and schematics.
- Personal/hobby interest in electronics and/or mechanics
- Basic understanding of using PC based test software and IC chip programming

- Connecting external devices through USB and downloading appropriate programs to run those devices.
- Epicor - ERP program where you will clock into jobs.
Working Conditions:
- Physical Demand(s): Can lift up to 20lbs, sitting and stand for reasonable periods of time
- Visual Demand(s): Ability to look at a computer monitor for reasonable periods of time. Focusing on small electronic components for extended period of time.
- Hazard(s): Manufacturing environment.
