Position Responsibilities
The incumbent is expected to perform functions that the company has determined are essential to this position including, but are not limited to the following:
- Ensuring team members are conducting operations safely.
- Conducting operations in accordance with standards to achieve the highest quality.
- Ensuring standard work is being followed by team members.
- Ok and NG judgment.
- Report of abnormal occurrence
- Willing to adjust break rotation to accommodate supporting member’s roles while covering breaks.
- Overseeing the training, new and recurring, of all team members in their area(s) of responsibility
- Experience in computer systems and software - will be required to learn Oracle/and OEM systems
