The ideal candidate is adept at navigating Availity, possesses strong bilingual skills in both Spanish and English, and is a multitasker with keen attention to detail and technical proficiency.

Key Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience with insurance authorization requests.

Proficiency with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is essential.

Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Strong multitasking abilities, with a high level of attention to detail and tech-savviness.

Familiarity with cardiac devices and electrophysiology procedures is a plus.

Ability to collect co-pays, deductibles, and patient balances.
