As the Spa Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming environment for both clients and employees. *Responsibilities* - Oversee daily spa operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery. - Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining appropriate stock levels. - Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance service skills and product knowledge. - Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and develop strategies to meet sales targets. - Assist in sales management by promoting spa services and products effectively. - Maintain accurate cash register operations and oversee financial transactions. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that attract new clients. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment. - Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and leadership. *Qualifications* - Previous experience in a managerial role within a spa or wellness environment is preferred. - Strong background in sales management, with proven ability to drive revenue growth. - Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance client interactions. - Proficiency in inventory management practices and retail math concepts. - Experience with training development to enhance team performance is highly desirable. - Familiarity with cash register operations and financial management within a retail setting. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed. Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
