∙ Pay: $28/Hour
∙ Location: Mendota Heights, MN
∙ Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Thurs 6AM-3PM and Fri 6AM-12PM
Daily Functions
- Operates a press brake to manufacture tools, equipment, and other components from sheet metal or metal plates.
- Prepares, sets up, and adjusts press brake as required by product plans and production schedules.
- Ensure that there are sufficient raw materials available.
- Measures and aligns materials to be used.
- Associate degree or technical certificate in a related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience setting up machines and are willing to train on Amada, Cincinnati, and LVD press brakes.
- Possess a can-do attitude.
- Pays close attention to detail.
- Have a commitment to contributing to a safe workplace.
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
- Reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
- Frequently is required to stand.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
