Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Molding Machine Operator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating manual and automatic work centers, maintaining cycle times, and ensuring the production of high-quality products that meet our customer's expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate manual and automatic work centers, including injection molding presses.
- Maintain cycle times and ensure efficient production processes.
- Count and report production produced and scrap as required.
- Inspect and document parts according to Inspection instructions.
- Provide input suggestions to improve production and engineering development operations.
- Conduct effective shift handoffs to incoming personnel.
Requirements:
- Previous production experience is required.
- Ability to run a manual work center and maintain cycle times.
- Basic understanding of scales and other required measuring equipment.
- Knowledge of a variety of injection molding presses.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Comfortable using lifting tools like lift table or ceiling crane.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds and move objects in a safe manner using proper equipment.
