About the Opportunity:
- Job Title: Pad Printer
- Pay Rate Range: $20.75/Hour
- Location: Forest Lake, MN
- Schedule: 2nd Shift Mon-Fri 3:15PM-11:15PM
- Position Type: Temp to Hire
Pad Printer Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing facility.
- 6 months of experience with Pad Printing experience.
- Lifting 50 pounds.
- Standing or sitting for long durations of time
- Use hands and fingers with good dexterity
Pad Printer Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare plastic injection molded parts for printing by cleaning, pre-treating, and ensuring proper surface preparation to promote adhesion of printed designs.
- Monitor printing processes, inspect printer parts for quality defects, and adjust as necessary to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Document any non-conforming parts and work with production team members to address quality issues promptly.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
