- Job Title: Screen Printer Machine Operator
- Pay Rate Range: $20-23/Hour
- Location: Chaska, MN
- Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Thurs 6AM-3:30PM with optional O/T.
- Position Type: Temp to Hire
- 1 year or more of screen-printing experience.
- Math Skills
- Good judgement of color and print quality
- Detail orientated and well organized.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Adheres to ISO guidelines and procedures.
- Lifting 50lbs
- Standing for long durations of time
- Use hands and fingers to operate hand tools.
- Set up and operate manual and automatic screen-printing presses to produce printed product that conforms to specified customer requirements by verifying colors meet customer approved chips and visually inspecting parts during the production run.
- Maintain presses and conduct preventative maintenance on presses at scheduled intervals.
- Complete documentation, such as production sheets, sign offs on job travelers, 1st article documentation as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
